We use only the highest quality Sterling Silver available. By taking proper care of your jewelry it will last a lifetime. To minimize scratching and tarnishing we recommend storing your silver jewelry in a Ziploc bag. Do not clean, swim or expose your Charmed jewelry to bleach, ammonia or chlorine.

Clean your jewelry on a regular basis with a gentle silver polish to remove tarnish build-up. Gold-filled beads and Swarovski crystal beads can be cleaned with mild detergent. Crystals will also shine brilliantly when wiped gently with windex.

You can find polishing cloths or solutions at most hardware or jewelry stores. For your convenience, we will soon be offering some of our favorite cleaners for purchase on our website.

Remember, jewelry is fragile. Do not swim, bath or sleep in your jewelry.

Our children’s line of jewelry is adorable, but we urge you to be responsible while your child is wearing our jewelry. All of our jewelry is beaded and beads can pose a choking hazard. Children should never wear jewelry while unattended or sleeping.

Measuring Your Wrist

Please measure your wrist carefully to ensure a proper fit.

To determine your bracelet size it is best to use a flexible measuring tape. You can find these in the sewing department of any store. Send us your measurement and we will determine the bracelet size based on the clasp that we are using. All of our clasps are Fine Quality .925 Sterling Silver.

All childrens bracelets will be fitted with a lobster clasp and extender chain to allow for a nice fitting bracelet over the years. Our standard child size bracelet is 5” with a 1” extender. Toddler size bracelets are 4” with a 1” extender.

To avoid restringing charges it is very important to measure accurately. It does take time and material to restring your bracelet, so please avoid restringing fees by measuring carefully.

Maintenance & Warranty

Charmed & Co. uses the highest quality, most durable beading wire available
(49 strand, stainless steel, nylon coated, professional series). However, beading wire will wear over time and it is a good idea to have your bracelet restrung annually to avoid breaking. We will happily restring your bracelet for you. Please refer to our restringing charges for the cost of this service.

Delivery and Presentation

All jewelry is placed in a velvet jewelry bag and wrapped free of charge in a decorated cellophane gift bag. We will happily enclose a note if requested. Our standard note reads:

Our High Quality Beads

Charmed & Co. uses only the highest quality .925 Sterling Silver available. We will never use cast metal beads in any of your jewelry. All of our gold beads are either 14K gold filled or gold vermeil. 14K gold filled is produced by using heat to apply a layer of 14K gold to a less costly base metal. We do not use pure 14K gold because of its softness and lack of durability when beaded alongside Sterling Silver. 14K gold filled beads have a much thicker coating of 14K gold than gold plated beads.

Due to its beauty and exceptional brilliance, Charmed & Co. uses first quality Swarovski crystal rather than less expensive glass/crystal beads.
